Join us for our 2017 Leadership Retreat at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.  This is our opportunity to put the spotlight on the business, spend time developing our skills as leaders, identify new challenges for ourselves and explore networking with other leaders and likeminded individuals.  This event runs for three days, commencing on Thursday 1st June with our Diamond Leaders (and above) where we can share strategies, new announcements and work with other influential leaders.  On the Friday we celebrate and recognise the achievements of our Diamond Club Participants, share inspirational stories, new products and resources, concluding on Saturday 3rd June. We welcome mothers’ with nursing infants to this event, and we will provide a parents room with facilities for you to use.  

Wellness Advocates must reach the rank of Premier or above one time between 1 November 2016 and 30th April 2017 in order to attend.

For the Diamond Day, (Thursday 1st June) Wellness Advocates must achieve Diamond rank or above at least once between 1 November 2016 and 30th April 2017 in order to attend.

Ticket Sales from 24th March 2017 to 30th April 2017.

There will be a $25 fee for all refunds and ticket transfers until 30th April 2017. We will be unable to process refunds or transfers after that date.

The 2017 Leadership Retreat is the perfect learning experience for Leaders wanting to hone their skills and be the best leader they can be.  Whether you are new to leadership or experienced in leading an established team, we need to challenge ourselves to stay vital and at the forefront of leadership.  We need to keep ourselves motivated and engaged as much as our teams and as our organisations grow we need to develop strategies to nurture and care for ourselves as well as our teams.  Whether it is improving your coaching and mentoring skills, managing change, optimizing your time or resolving conflict (just to name a few!) it is in speaking with others who have been through the same challenges that you can get ideas that will help you move your business to the next level.  This is also the time you can meet with corporate staff and our founding Executives.

Just to change things up this year (and because it is the end of the month and the end of Diamond Club) we will be starting the Diamond Day meeting in the afternoon to allow you the chance to work with your teams and manage end of month.  All Diamonds and above are invited to attend and spouses or co-applicants are welcome, provided they have their own ticket for the event.  We would also invite you to join us to share a meal together to conclude the evening.

Friday and Saturday are open to everyone who qualifies (you must be Premier or above and hold a Leadership Ticket) and sessions will commence at 10am daily.  Corey Lindley (subject to change without notice), Founding Executive, President and Chief Financial Officer will share his insights on the business, and strategies as we manage the phenomenal growth we have seen in the Australian and New Zealand market and of dōTERRA in general.  What are our plans for the future?  What new products will we launch that will help to sustain our growth and keep your businesses not just viable but thriving? 

We will provide you with some stimulating learning opportunities.  doTERRA has it’s own unique culture that makes it stand out amongst other direct selling businesses and we want to maintain this culture while shaping it and giving it a uniquely Australian and New Zealand flavor.  What does this mean for you and what are your responsibilities as a Leader?  Developing not just competent but high performance teams who are engaged and focused on ensuring they are always doing their best to help our customers have great experiences when they interact with doTERRA is integral to our continued success and we will explore some ways we can make this reality.

2017 Diamond Club will conclude prior to the commencement of our Leadership Retreat and recognizing the efforts of our Diamond Club participants is an important aspect of Leadership.  Be there as we announce our winners – every single person who completes Diamond Club is a winner in our eyes, irrespective of exactly where they finish.  The learnings and the momentum that they have generated will be solid foundations for the future of their business.  Join us as we celebrate their journey.

Tickets: $89.00 (inclusive of gst and all charges)

As always, parents with nursing infants are welcomed and encouraged to attend.  A nursing parents lounge will be available to those with infants.  We ask that you do not use the back of the General Session room for your infant to play as it can be a distraction to other guests. 

No other children are permitted to attend.

Participants at events maybe captured in video/photographic material which may be used for promotional purposes.

Please note, if you purchase a ticket once we re-open ticket sales, between 2 May and 7 May, we can not guarentee we will have a printed name tag for you. We will however, have blank ones, and we will be able to print them on for you.
