Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are a binding contract between yourself and doTERRA. If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund. Venue, dates and Speakers are subject to change without notice.
Refunds
If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed or changed, we will contact you with the new date and details. Venue, dates and Speakers are subject to change without notice. Refunds will not be processed for tickets purchased to Post-Convention Tour corporate events.
Ticket Transfers
Transfers of tickets can be made up until four weeks before the scheduled event date via your Ticketsocket account. You can log in and update your attendee details. There will be a $25 fee for ticket transfers if performed by someone in the doTERRA Australia office. If you go in and update the attendee information yourself, there will be no charge. There will be no ticket transfers after October 8 2018.
Children Policy
Children aged 14+ are welcome to attend Corporate Events provided they are registered and have their own ticket. As always, we welcome nursing infants at Corporate Events; however, toddlers and young children can provide a distraction and we are unable to provide facilities for them. We want to ensure all attendees are able to enjoy an environment of learning in each session.
All Venues are open to the public and we strongly suggest that children not be left unsupervised at the venue.
Prayer Room and Parents Room
These rooms will not be available at Post Global Tour venues.
